Refund Admin Fees:

Refunds requested due to a change of mind, an incorrect booking date, or where availability has been disregarded are subject to a $15 administration fee. This fee covers the payment processing charges incurred for both the original transaction and the refund, as well as the administrative time required to process the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. However, unless there are extenuating circumstances (with supporting documentation where applicable), the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 7 days' notice: A refund will be issued less the $15 admin fee, provided no products have been made or prepared.
  Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full credit to use towards a future order.
  
  
• Less than 7 days' notice, but more than 48 hours before collection or delivery: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  
  
• Less than 48 hours' notice: Cancellations are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.

Pick Up Times:

Orders can be collected from 16 Jean Court, Golden Grove during the following times:

• Thursday: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Friday: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am – 11:00 am

Please collect your order during these designated pick-up times. If you arrive outside these hours, your order may not be ready, or I may not be available. In this case, you'll need to arrange an alternative collection time.
